Scheduling a Ride
Contact our call center Monday-Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. at 1-877-324-8109 to arrange your transportation
If at all possible, please schedule your transports requests in advance to ensure a Provider is available.
We will arrange the best transportation for your needs. This may involve scheduling a volunteer who gives rides to health care appointments.

We may reimburse driving expenses to you, a friend or family member instead of offering other transportation when medically appropriate.
